Pain in lower, right side of abdomen.

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I'm having a dull ache and occasional pinching sensation, in my lower right abdomen. It feels closer to the hip, but, yet, also closer to the pelvis. I don't know what it could be, and I've been having it for maybe a week.
