PAIN IN LOWER-RIGHT-BACK

This Monday, while I was playing football in school, I was pushed by an opponent player. I got a jerk and couldn't move for a minute. Now when I sit, the pain spreads to the right side of my right leg, near the knees. And because of this I can't find a suitable position to sit. Please help me out.
