Hi ! U seem to be having multiple joint pains including both upper and lower limbs. Along with it low backache. MRI is suggestive of facet arthropathy at L4-L5 level. Please get a rheumatologist opinion first up to rule out the cause for multiple joints pain. Low back ache per se can be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs, rest until the pain subsides followed by low back strengthening excercises and physiotherapy. If pain doesn’t subside epidural steroid injections injections can be tried . If pain is radiating down your leg it is suggestive of nerve root compression, surgery can be considered as an option after thorough evaluation.
