Hi there, X-ray shows degenerative changes in the lower spine. As well as sacralization of L5. [the last bone in the low back, called L5, and the triangularly shaped bone beneath, known as the sacrum. The sacrum is made of five fused bones of which the S1 is the topmost.] In sacralization, L5 vertebra fused with the sacrum.
Next Steps
Intense physiotherapy needed. you will have to strengthen your core muscles. Consult a Physiotherapist.

DO: 1.keep hot water bag on the lower back for 10 min. 3 times per day. 2.core stability exercise 3.trunk rotation exercise 4.pyriformis, Gluteus, hamstring, calf stretching. Don't 1.avoid heavy weight lifting. 2. prolonged sitting.
