Pain in lower back after sleeping

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Dear Sir, I am 35 years old female, after six months of normal delivery of my daughter, I have pain in my lower back . Pains starts at ninght after having the sleep of good 4 hours. It starts at midnight only when I sleep 4 hrs. When I sit for 5-10 minute on bed then it goes. Also when I walk more or stand for long or bent many times it starts in night. I have taken lot of consultation from ortho specialist but no relief.
