Pain in lower abdomen

My gf period is on 21 march but period not come we have sex on 24 march using condom bt after 20 days gone she dont have her period we dont want pregenecy thats why she eat papaya bt after 3 days she feel abdominal pain and at same night she have bleeding what its mean we dont want to pregency...pls what i do now what its mean..if she is pregenent or not...i dont want to go for doctor.???
