Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Iam 24 weeks pregnant. Iam having pain in my lower abdomen and i also have pain in my lower back. Its difficult to walk when iam in pain. Iam also having a bloated stomach from last 3 to 4 days. Is it normal to have such symptoms or should I consult a doctor.
