  3. Pain in lower abdomen. For swelling.

Pain in lower abdomen
I was hit by an tennis ball on my right testicle on sun evening and was in pain .Now pain is less but constant in lower abdomen and little swelling also on right testicle.Is it something serious or Should i wait and use ice pack for swelling.
