Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hi, I have pain in lower abdomen right side, don't know what's the reason the pain is penetrating from lower right side of abdomen till the area near to clitoris and I have pain in vaginal area, I feel as if I'll get periods and also I have pain between my thighs. Whenever I start my excercise I have pain in the lower abdomen.
