Pain in lower abdomen after unwanted 72

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, We had sex(her (27yrs) first time) on Tuesday. After about an 60- 90 min, she had Unwanted72. She started bleeding same night with small amount & gradually a proper bleeding for 3 days and it stopped. After 1 day bleeding started few droplets and stopped. she complained pain urinating, urine color is normal, no smelling, bleeding stopped, no fever or frequent urination, only when she passes urine she pains. Any chances of pregnancy? and side effect of ECP?
