you need to do two things right away. a. get yourself a good massage. b. see a physiotherapists who will teach you exercise and back treatment will also be given if needed which physio will decide.
for sleep issue do aerobics or if want someone to assist hire a person trainer or join gym. sweating helps you sleep better in couple of months.
