Pain in legs after chemo

Sir my relative is going treatment for carcinoma breast stage two, and she is taking treatment chemo , it's been around 5 episode of chemo she is taking Paclitaxel 175 mg as a chemo , now she is started pain in her legs , which is sometimes sever... please suggest the best medicine for pain relief.plz
