Pain at multiple sites can be because of nutritional deficiency. To rule out any cardiac cause of chest pain an ECG is advisable. Vitamin B12 deficiency is an important cause of nerve pain, tingling or pinching sensation in the body. 1. Focus on consuming a nutritious diet. Vitamin B12 rich food is all meat and eggs even milk. There isn't a good vegetable source of Vitamin B12. 2. Consume Calcium and D3 supplements for a month. 3. The black patch on skin needs to be examined , contact in clinic for further treatment plan.
