Pain in left testicle.

Asked for Male, 25 Years

All of sudden my left testicle started paining. It happened a week ago, but I thought it was because of the heavy weights that I lift in the gym. The previous pain lasted for 4-5 days. This week I did not lift any heavy weights and the pain started all of sudden today when I was asleep.
