I have pain in my left sole always and it is more severe in morning or after waking up it is in heel area plz guide me what to do

this is plantar fascitis. consult Ortho surgeon. you require medicines and physiotherapy. if not relieved local steroid can be given. use extra cushion heel inserts in shoes.
