My father is suffering from a pain in left side of the chin while eating, chewing after consulting to many other doctors I believe the pain is of mental nerve its a shock like sensation he feels not continuous but frequently time to time... Kindly advice.

Had your farther underwent any prior treatment ? Or had he faced any kind of injury in that region/jaw before ? Or has the pain been just spontaneous ?
For the first two instances different diagnosis can be there..
For the third scenario- if you have been confirmed regarding the mental nerve (neurogenic ) pain , then the treatment can be Medicinal and surgical .
