Dr.Yogesh here it is suggested to take your food on time. 8.30-12.30-4-8 it is suggested to take pathyadi kadha 3 tsf 2 times  after food with warm water. tab suvarna sutashekhar 1 tab 2 times with ghee after food. for 5 days Avipattikar churna 1 spoon at night with warm water. let me know after 10 days. 09890723238
