Pain In left side of chest
Hello doc, I have had a history of sexual abuse at work place in 2019 and a simultaneous breakup. I am still unmarried and have been experiencing mild but sharp left side chest pain below the breasts ever since the end of 2019. There was a pressure like feeling on left side in the end and beginning of 2019 and 2020 respectively but by mid of 2020 I have started to experience from the day of my breakup a sharp but mild stinging pain in the left side of the chest and below breasts which last for one to two mins. Also it has never exaggerated but keep coming every time I cry or I am stressed or hurt by someone comments. Could it be a possible sign of heart issues. Or I need to consider it just as a broken heart syndrome. Because it's been quite a long period to keep having it. Now I. Worried. should I go for tests or is it something not to be worried pls guide me.

The description of your chest pain is not suggestive of a heart issue. You may like to consult a physician on other issues you listed. She may suggest and guide you
