Pain in left side below the heart.
Since one week I'm getting pain left side below the heart. And it is creating a sensation that stomach is hot. Bcz of that I'm not able to get sleep properly. What to do and whom to consult.

Sir it seems more of stomach issue ... pls avoid spicy , sour , oily , non veg and late night food .. pls consult properly with any Ayurvedic physician .. antacids can help u if it is related to stomach .. pls go n get one ecg done also to rule out any heart related issues

First of all try to change your lifestyle and keep a gap of 2-3hrs minimum between meals and going to bed.....also possible try to sleep on left side of the body at night if not better even after doing so than better go for ECG REPORT AND CONSULT A CHEST PHYSICIAN Your problem seems to be either gastric origin or heart origin

Now age limit for heart pain is going below 30s. Go for basic cardiac investigations. ECG and TMT.
