Pain in left rib under arm and chest

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am having mild pain in left side ribs under arms and chest for last 6 month increased while pressing. , then it extends to left side neck and headache. Done ecg, TNT, full body profile check all ok , then doctor prescribed me indreal la 20 and I got relieved in neck and headache. But rib and chest was their, then doctor prescribed me Maxgalin M 75 and I got relieved in pain, but now again rib pain has started. I want to know what's the real issue and is taking Maxgalin M 75 has any side effects and permanent solution of my problem

Your pain is musculoskeletal pain. Can be costochondritis or cervical radiculopathy. It is not heart related. I suggest you consult a physician not a cardiologist
