Its most probably Sciatica due to nerve getting pressed/Compression. Take good bedrest 4-5 days, & avoid painful activities. Mild Lumber Traction for a week will give good relief. Add stretching of lumber fascia to it 10 days. Take mild heat on pain areas. Learn lumber fascia stretching wd Physiotherapist & do it yourself. Consult a good Physiotherapy doctor.
