From 2 months I'm having difficulty to move my left leg sideways or to simply describe it , when I try to sit cross-legged , I feel pain in my left thigh or any type of action involving me moving my leg side ways. I found out that it's called abductor muscle . What should I do, whenever I try to excercise which I found on internet for relief and recovery, the pain aggravates. It's happening since 1 January and I can't figure out the cause.
