It's been 2 months now that I'm experiencing short episodes of pain in my left hand. Nature of pain is it is internal not effected by anything external and as if my muscles are strained.
Haven't had any injuries. The pain starts at the elbow and spreads till shoulder and wrist. Lasts for several mins and goes off all by itself.
