Pain in left hand

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hi ...had angioplasty 7 years ago and was tested Covid positive in August this year ...I have mild pain in my left arm which is there for around an hour ..this happened twice in last two days ...I had got an ECG done which is normal..am.meeting a cardiologist tomorrow ...what are your recommendation
