I was hit by some insect on my left eye while driving bike and I took ciplox eye drop, now am getting pain in left eye.

Hello This could be due to inflammation and probably corneal epithelial defect Keep using antibiotic and add lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used if corneal epithelium is not breached Kindly consult local ophthalmologist
