Pain in left breast, side of breast

Asked for Female, 42 Years

I have pain in left side of my left breast, no lumps, no soreness, discoloration etc, the pain worsened on lying down, changing sides or getting up from lying position. It's been 2 to 3 days, pain also reaches left arm and shoulder.please suggest which Dr to visit
