Pain in left breast for more than 3 days

Asked for Female, 27 Years

27+.Having pain in the left breast,initially near joints of breast and ribs,now other parts as well.Couldn't detect whether it's pain in bones or in breast.Use to have pain in the nipple areas when it tends to grow but this one is different.Never noticed menstruation-related breast pain,no significant changes in appearance,felt no lump yet.Help!
