M feelingg sudden pain in knee at one point in middle dont know what happened its paining like a pin in middle of the knee want to know the reason nd treatment can u plz also tell me that should i mssg it wid ice compression or hotpad?

As u r telling sudden pain plz do apply ice packs immediately. And gave rest to knee apply moov or volini spray .when pain subsides do quadriceps and hamstrings exercises.

Due to some sudden twisting or sudden movement in the knee may have cause small damage to the soft tissues..I don't think it will be a big issue..

1.) From how many days?
2.) Is there any swelling in knee?
3.) Is there any buckling of knee during walking?
4.) Difficult in walking or running or sports activities
