I am having pain in my right knee and elbow. The pain is 24*7. Its a mild pain but very uncomfortable. The point of pain is just above the right elbow and similarly just above the right knee. Please suggest what kind of treatment will be suitable for me.

⢠Forearm Rotation
⢠Begin with your elbow at your side and bent to 90 degrees (figure 2). Turn your palm up and down as far as possible pain-free. Repeat 10 â 20 times.
⢠Elbow Extension
⢠Place your elbow on the edge of a bench or table (figure 3). Straighten your elbow using your other hand until you feel a mild to moderate stretch pain-free. Repeat 10 â 20 times.
Ur saying u have pain but u didn’t tell what kind of activity when u do u feel the pain it won’t be a constant pain if that the reason u may be a player of tennis or shuttle cork kindly apply ice pack and gentle massage the area of pain with volini gel if not satisfied visit a physiotherapist and have ultrasound therapy for the same
