The medicines prescribed by your doctor are good for the pain control and for vitamin d, calcium and magnesium supplement.if you are not relieved by a few days, consider getting blood tests like vitamin d and b 12, and joint pain markers

The medicines your doctor prescribed — Aceclofenac+Flupirtine (pain relief), Syocal-CT (calcium + Vitamin D), and MgD3 (Magnesium + Vit D) — are a reasonable combination for joint and muscle pain with possible calcium and Vitamin D deficiency. These should help with the pain and nutritional correction. However, if the pain is in multiple joints and persists despite this treatment, an autoimmune or inflammatory cause should also be investigated.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation if the pain does not improve after completing this course, so we can assess if further investigation is needed.

Hi, these medicines are used for joint and muscle pain.  They should help bring relief if taken as prescribed.  Rest the affected areas and stay hydrated in the meantime.  Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Hello... First thing is you have not mentioned how many days you have these symptoms!! And is it first time or previous history of similar complaints? Is it after any strenuous work or exercise? Any history of trauma?Associated with fever ?mild pain or moderate to severe? 👉Any morning stiffness of joints ??👈 If it is mild pain not associated with any fever ,no morning stiffness,no multiple joints involvement then no need to worry those drugs are sufficient
Next Steps
pain not relieved - multiple joints involvement - morning stiffness of joints - fever - skin rashes- these associated symptoms need investigations !!
Health Tips
Take rest, drink plenty of water, don't work in hot temperature conditions which may result in electrolyte loss Don't take pain relief drugs prolonged time without prescription may lead to peptic ulcers and renal damage Hop you will recover soon 😊
