Pain in gum.
I have gap in 2nd tooth in upper jaw left side. For that food particles penetrated there, as of that pain in gum -tooth junction. The left tooth of this tooth had been extracted 8 years ago. If I eat any finer enriched food, then it creates problem and pain.

You should get your lost tooth replaced at the earliest by getting an implant or a fixed bridge done. Once the tooth is replaced your problem will cease. Also if I'm not mistaken you are saying your 2nd last tooth in upper left area right?
