Pain in Groin area after sexual activity

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I had a penile injury and maybe some injury in nearby area on march 2016. I totally lost my erections for about a month after that. After that i am having semi erect loose erections only and my penis and testes pain. Left groin and buttock pain after ejaculation. Low back also pains/ Pls help.
