  4. Pain in genitals and legs. Neuralgia?

Pain in genitals and legs.
I have pain in my penis, testicle, buttocks, rectum, both legs from last 5 months. There are some types of sensations also. Sometimes i'm facing pain while urination in my penis, testicle, rectum and belly. Done Lumbar Spine MRI and diagnosed with Lumbar spondylosis.now what can i do? Is it caused by Lumbar spondylosis or is it Pudendal Neuralgia?
