The image which u have provided it seems that it's a ulcer on ur gums. Just do one thing , Took bekosules capsules 2 times in a day for 7 days , they contains b complex vitamins. They helps in healing. Take sleep properly. Dont take stress. Consume healthy food and fruits. Take green vegetables and fruits containing vit C like lemon and awala.

Use Mucopain or dologel ct or rexidine m forte gel ..apply it on that ulcer for 3 to 4 times in a day till the ulcer heals.

Dologel CT, 5 times/day, in clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on the gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva or touch with tongue, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.
C. melcovit gold, once a day, after food, for 15 days.

Apart from it your gums are infected ,you require full mouth cleaning (scaling ) ,visit your dentist for it and also if your symptoms doesn’t subside in a week
