Pain in forskin of penis

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Pain foreskin of penis since last 3 momths. Consulted Surgeon, Urologist. They tell there is not any major problem and will recover automatically with time. But pain is still continue with equal pain as before 3 months. Pls guide me for furthur investigation and which specialist to consult furthur.
