Have been experiencing pain in my toes and fingers and feet since the last one month.
I am 43 years old. 70 KGS. I workout and lift heavy weights.
I experienced this problem some 5 years ago. At that time my vit D was 5 . Taking am injection fixed that problem.
I did a test on 30 march this year.
My calcium was 8.4
B 12 was 130
Vit D 34

You should continue taking vit d. It is still borderline. However in the mean time you should also visit rheumatologist to rule out rheumatoid arthritis
