I m suffering with dibities and now i have pain and numbness in my feet ..and pain in may leg so pls advise me medicin

Well now you have diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It's a chronic disease and pain full. Get regular blood sugar measurement and tight control. Hba1c test. Get prescribed medicines like anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain killer s. Don't self medicate.
