Pain in chest

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Since Sunday been having severe chest discomfort radiating to throat, left arm and abdomen area. Went to ER on Sunday evening- ecg normal... next day afternoon went for follow up wid cardio- again ecg normal.. today night again having same issue but can't go again to ER.. cardio said that it can't be heart pain want to know why gastric pain is just like heart pain?? when I bent down I noticed acid came out of my mouth so there'sgastric issue involved too but I am taking meds still no improvement that's why I fear about heart all time Tomorrow shall I again get ecg done? Or keep calm n beleive them as gerd symptoms

Syp.Sucrafyl 2tsp three times a day 30mins before food. After taking syrup stay empty stomach for 30mins ,then eat food. Also use Tab.Pan40mg twice daily. morning .evening. 30mins before food. Avoid meat/fatty /oil fried / spicy / street junk food.
