  3. Pain in chest. What can be the problem?

Pain in chest
Numbing hand and neck, went for a blood test and cholesterol tryglicerides and sugar came back high. Chest in pain was mildly present. doctor prescribed med for all. took another test yesterday and everything is normal. now I have chest pain and dizziness. what can be the problem?
