Pain in chest near nipple

Asked for Male, 13 Years

My brother 13 years old is facing problem of pain in hiis nipples and surrounding area.. This pain is common in adolescent girls.. Does this happen with boys also in adolescence age with changing of harmone The pain is usually left side.. He is also suffering from throat infection so can this be also reason of pain
