Pain in chest left side

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Dear Doctor...I am 38 years old working as Mechanical engineer in manufacturing plant. I feel light pain in left side of my chest since one year. The pain nature in like coming and going many times in a day and it is not acute pain. My BP is 140/90. I am not taking any medicine. Is it heart related problem..?
