I smoke marijuana from past few months suddenly few days back i had severe chest pain after smoking, my chest went warm and heart rate hiked. i went to hosp. my ecg was normal i even went for tmt and echo which also turned out normal. but ever since whenever i am trying to consume even a bit of marijuana or alcohol pain is rising again, i am confus

These symptoms are mainly due to the irritants caused be smoking and alcohol. These are mainly due to gastritis. Have tab. Pan 40 mg daily before food for 1 month and syp. Sucralfate 10ml twice a day for 1 week
