Pain in chest

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I am suffering from pain in my front and back part of the chest from 1 month It is like something biting me inside And sometimes have a high heart beat above 100 per minute and sometimes have a pain in my head like someone has put heavy objects on my head What is the problem can u please tell me or guide me about this what should i do?
