  4. Pain in chest. Took 20 mg again at 5.

High bp and pain in left arm and chest.she has taken 40 mg telemasartan in morning. Had 150/100 bp in evening.took 20 mg again at 5. Now better but little pain still there

Hello.. Well first thing is please do not self medicate unless it is advised by your physician or cardiologist...We need to examine her as it might be symptoms of mild myocardial infarction.. and we need to give medications for it after evaluating her condition...Please get an ecg done and meet a physician...Thank you
