I am breastfeeding my 11 month baby. since yesterday my right brest is very heavy and i feel a big lump formed in it. and it is paining.

it is collection of milk and probably has got infected. take out the excess milk. do hot or cold fomantation. visit a nearby gynaec to show. excessive pus may need surgical intervention.
