  4. Pain in both side of breasts. Some work.

Pain in both side of breasts
I'm 30 years female I have child of 4yrs.last one week I have pain in both side of breast. It was severe while touching or feeding.there is no swelling or hardness. But lot of pain. Sometime it spread towards back side also while do some work.

You should not breastfeed uptil this age as your child is already 4 yrs old. Examination is required. You need to see a gynaecologist or surgeon in person
