Dear practo user After removal of wisdom tooth if the area is still paining Or if you are unable to open mouth fully, it means there is a problem with musculoskeletal system there. Consult an oral surgeon immediately. Do mouth opening exercises regularly. Do warm salt water gargling. See if you have any TMJ problem.
