Pain in back and legs

Asked for Female, 50 Years

Hello Doctor, My mother is having acute pain in lower back and legs. We are in discussion with orthopedic doctor & physiotherapy doctor. She is on medication but still not much improvement. Physiotherapist is doing SWD/IFT on daily basis. According to her X-ray he is suggesting it to be Lumbar Spondilitis. Can you please suggest what are the options to treat this issue in a proper way?
