  4. Pain in arms and fingers of both hands.

Pain in arms and fingers of both hands
I have immense left arm pain since 4 months.now even right arm pain has started.there is tingling pain in fingers,palms,elbow side of both hands now.can it be related to heart?...can it be due to decreased blood supply from heart?... Or poor heart function?
