Hi ,
From the location of your pain , I can Say You have Plantar Fascitis . You would need some calf stretching exercises and also stretching of the feet muscles .. gently massage center of your feet with thumb with oil. Also try to ice it thrice a day to reduce inflammation. Look it up On the Internet or kindly visit some physical therapist in your area .
